Wholesome Foods is an independent meat and poultry processing and distribution center. It is located in Edinburg; the heart of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We were established in 1964 with a commitment to quality products and excellent service. Wholesome foods delivers to businesses in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Around 1990, in an effort to make our products directly available to the local public, we opened the “Wholesome Foods Country Deli and Butcher Shoppe” right here at our plant. The tremendous response from the local public spurred us to launch our internet site to offer our products to everyone in the continental United States.

With the addition of our internet site, our products now can be purchased and delivered right to your door. All of our items would make fine gifts and we will gladly enclose a card with your own personalized message.
