
We are a fully USDA inspected facility with a poultry inspection
plant number of 857 and a meat establishment number of
7906.
In conjunction with the USDA Wholesome Foods, Inc. has implemented
a HACCP plan. This plan employs the quality control and
GMP processes to assure proper handling of all products
in both processing and distribution.
Our HACCP plan includes a USDA approved and monitored and includes
SSOPS. This program is administered by fully accredited
employees who works closely with the USDA to assure that
all parameters are met.
