General Shipping Information

  

Shipping prices are included with the price of each item. Normal shipping methods are UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air.

Next Day Air shipment is optional and requires an additional charge. Complete your order below, then call for pricing and to confirm that you wish Next Day Air shipment. You needn't call us for the normal shipment methods.

Orders placed by Midnight on Sunday are guaranteed to be shipped the same week. Orders are only processed during the regular business hours of M-F, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EST. Special pricing is available for bulk orders of 25 or more items—please call (800) 723-6637.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, we can only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays unless shipping Next Day Air. Products can still be shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays when using Next Day Air only. This assures that the product does not stay in transit over a weekend.

  

Shipping Information for USDA Choice Beef

Delivery Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.  

Standard Delivery

You will receive your order in 7 to 10 business days or less.  

Rush Delivery

$15 additional fee. You will receive your order within 2 to 3 business days. Orders must be placed by 2 p.m. Tuesday EST or they will be shipped the following week.  

Perishable Foods

All product is packed in dry ice in reusable coolers that only last 48 hours. Please be aware of when the product will be received and refrigerate or freeze immediately upon delivery.
